A popular village Indian restaurant is up for sale after it closed down earlier this year.
The former curry house Lazzat, in Wrotham, between Meopham and Sevenoaks, is among 130 properties up for auction by land and property auctioneers Clive Emson.
It was revealed the popular, family-run business would close in January after almost two decades.
A statement posted online read: "To all of our valued customers and friends, it is with much sadness that we are announcing our closure.
"This was a difficult decision and we want to express our gratitude to all of our loyal customers for your patronage over the last 18 years.
"Thank you for the memories. We will always cherish them."
The site, which also used to be the La Capennina Restaurant on the A227 Gravesend Road, near Vigo Village, has now been listed at a freehold guide price of £550,000 to £560,000.
Auction appraiser Chris Milne said: "This detached property sits on a plot that contains a car park.
"The site extends to 0.38 acres and would lend itself to various types of development if all necessary consents were obtainable."
Also up for sale at the auction is a former shop and residential premises, in London Road, Dunton Green, which has planning permission for three flats.
Auctioneer John Stockey said: "The retail unit does need some TLC but above is a two bedroom flat and there is planning for another three flats.
"This creates an exciting opportunity for developers and investors, not least as the geography is good. It is in Dunton, to the north of Sevenoaks’ town centre and we anticipate a lot of interest."
The freehold guide price is £550,000 to £560,000.
A piece of grazing land and woodland, covering 5.5 acres, in New Year’s Lane, Knockholt, near Sevenoaks, is also being offered for a guide price of £75,000.
A single garage and parking area, in St Nicholas Drive, Sevenoaks, is also up for sale for between £40,000 and £45,000.
Clive Emson Auctioneers holds auctions eight times a year and this sale will be held on Wednesday, May 4.
