She is barely a year old, but little Emilia Turner Bray is already as pretty as a picture.
The 13-month-old was crowned champion of the Messenger Cute Kids competition and was presented with a canvas print of her winning photograph.
She was joined by fellow finalists Lennie Reeves and Paisley-Ray Obee, who came second and third respectively, for the presentation in the St George’s Shopping Centre in Gravesend.
Emilia, who lives with her mum Emma Bray, 40, and dad Calum Turner, 40, in Covesfield, Gravesend, has been taking her new-found fame in her little stride.
Gran Susanne Bray, of Singlewell Road, Gravesend, who entered the youngster in the contest, said: “She is quite a celebrity in our local shops and they all say hello to her.
“They think she knows she is a little star.”
Good looks obviously run in the family as Emilia’s mum also won a cute baby contest at a similar age.
Asked about his daughter’s success, Mr Turner joked: “I’m very pleased she has taken after her mum and not me.”
The gorgeous tot beat off competition from dozens of other youngsters to win the contest, organised in conjunction with Starlight Studios, and was also presented with £300.
Six-month-old Lennie, who lives with his mum Mia Hinds and dad Richard Reeves in Vale Road, Northfleet, and Paisley-Ray, also six months and who lives in Gouge Avenue, Northfleet, with mum Charlie Gaitens and dad Jayson Obee, were also presented with canvas prints and £100 each.
