Volunteers have paid tribute to missing mum Sarah Wellgreen on what would have been her 48th birthday.
Members of the Search for Sarah Wellgreen Group sent words of support to the family of the woman last seen in New Ash Green last year.
A Facebook post read: "Today, Saturday 14th December marks Sarah's 48th birthday.
"However it is far from being a happy, joyful day as this is the second year she has not been here celebrating her special day with family like she should be, all as a result of the cruel actions of one man."
"But today isn't about him, instead it will be spent remembering Sarah.
The group paid respects to "the loving daughter and sister, devoted Mum and caring friend".
It urged those who knew her to remember the "many memories of fun and happy times they shared with her" which they can "treasure for eternity".
"There is not a day that goes by where Sarah isn't sorely missed by her friends and family, and sadly they have the ongoing pain of not knowing where she is."
Ms Wellgreen's ex-partner Ben Lacomba, 39, was jailed for life in November after a jury found him guilty of murdering the 46-year-old, who he lived with in Bazes Shaw, New Ash Green.
His refusal to confess where her body is has cost police more than £780,000 as detectives, officers, search teams and volunteers endeavour to find the beautician.
In the post the group said it hopes the police and the team is close to finding Sarah so she can "finally be laid to rest with the dignity and respect that she deserves".
"Over the past year we have seen her being taken into the hearts of so many people despite many of them never meeting her and one thing is certain, Sarah will never be forgotten.
"Finally we send our thoughts and love to Sarah's family on this difficult day."
The search for the missing mum of five continued last weekend when members of Kent Search and Rescue (KSAR) volunteers were deployed in Dartford.
A team scouted the river for her body following a call from a member of the public.
State of the art sonar equipment was used and a number of locations were investigated by a specialist team, but were later ruled out.
Stewart Baird, spokesman for KSAR, said: “We remain committed to supporting Kent Police’s ongoing search for Sarah Wellgreen and executed a planned operation earlier today.
"Unfortunately we were not successful finding Sarah’s body and as such the search will continue."
