Dog suffers broken legs in hit and run

Police are appealing for witnesses after a greyhound dog was run over in Astra Drive, Gravesend.

The accident happened at around 2.30pm on Tuesday, April 14 and the driver failed to stop.

A grey or black 4x4 was seen driving off towards Marling Way immediately afterwards.

The dog had escaped from a back garden and suffered broken legs and severe blood loss.
