A Gravesend mother given less than two years to live is
bidding to take her children on the holiday of a lifetime
before she dies.

Louise Street is getting weaker by the day as an
aggressive type of motor neurone disease attacks her
muscles.

But the mother of four is hoping to be well enough to enjoy a
final holiday with her family in Florida.

And she's not short of support from dozens of well-wishers, some

of them total strangers, who have pledged to help send the family

on their dream trip to Walt Disney World.

The group has organised a glittering charity evening to raise
the cash to send the family on their way.

Miss Street, 36, of Northumberland Road, Istead Rise, said:
"It's good to think there is still so much humanity out there, so
many decent people. I've always kept myself to myself, but this has
opened my eyes."

Messenger, out now.

The charity fundraising evening, a black tie boxing event and auction, will take place at the Inn On The Lake, in Watling Street, Gravesend, from 7pm on Saturday, February 26. For tickets, which cost £40, contact Stephanie Bennett on 07415 514274.
