Ebbsfleet will play Chelmsford City in the Blue Square South play offs, starting with Tuesday night's first leg at Melbourne Park.
Saturday's final home game of the regular season against fellow promotion chasers Woking finished 1-1 after Liam Daish's side had to come from behind to secure a point.
Ashley Carew's second half penalty ensured Ebbsfleet finished third in the table and means the visitors will play Farnborough in the other play off semi-final.
Earlier, Elvis Hammond had given Woking the lead after just 13 minutes when he latched on to Craig Dobson's half cleared cross to fire in the loose ball past Darren Hawkes.
Carew levelled the scores after the break when Ricky Anane's clumsy challenge on Michael West forced a penalty kick. Carew's spot kick was smashed low into the bottom right-hand corner.
The first leg at Chelmsford City on Tuesday will be followed by the return leg at Stonebridge Road next Saturday.
