Ebbsfleet fans could be asked to pay £15 to watch their side play at Stonebridge Road again next season.

In a hugely controversial decision, members of MyFC voted to keep admission prices at £15, despite being offered the option to reduce ticket prices.

Ebbsfleet deputy chairman Roly Edwards, pictured, voted to reduce prices, and said: "The result didn’t go down well. It was disappointing to a lot of people."

He added the decision was not set in stone, however, despite the tight guidelines under which MyFC operates.

"Decisions can change," he said. "I wouldn’t say it was dead and buried. Things will certainly have to change if we are relegated."

Fleet enjoyed some good news this week with an initial agreement reached with Eurostar to extend their sponsorship deal until April 2011. The club also received a ground grading boost after improvement works were deemed acceptable with the club set to achieve A-grading for next season.

The team have a free weekend this week after Chester’s expulsion from the Conference, but the Fleet opted against joining a group of clubs lobbying the league to reinstate the points stripped from them after the demise of the club.

Edwards added: "We did attend the meeting and heard the pros and cons and we voted in a way we felt was appropriate. In short, I don’t think we believed anything would realistically change."
