Ebbsfleet's MyFootballClub owners have approved the sale of Michael Gash and Darius Charles (pictured) for £80,000.

The duo will now enter talks with the unnamed Blue Square Premier club to complete the deal.

A total of 2,272 members voted in favour of accepting the bid with 580 voting against.

Daish’s weekly budget, which was reduced to £4,000, has risen to around £4,500 with donations since the end of last season. However, they are well short of their £7,000 aim and MyFootballClub members were told that if the deal goes through, Daish’s budget will rocket up to £6,250 as the fees are put straight back into the club.

Daish and chairman John Moules had told members that they felt the club should sell the two players.
