An exclusive Ebbsfleet United Shirt has sold for £1,650 in a charity auction.
Many football fans noted defender Yado Mambo was wearing No. 18 in his club's televised clash against Leyton Orient.
The discrepancy between the 1999 Lou Bega song Mambo No.5 and the number on Yado's back prompted many to take to social media - and the club agreed to auction a one-off Mambo No.5 shirt for charity.
The Mambo No.5 was put up for sale on eBay with a certificate of authenticity and a signed photograph of Yado holding the shirt.
Word spread to Lou Bega himself, who agreed to sign the shirt.
The auction ended this morning, with 26 bids made and the top one was £1,650.
Money raised will go to Prostate Cancer UK.
