Traffic is queueing for five miles on a major route after an earlier accident.

Congestion is building on the A2 London-bound near Pepper Hill after a three-vehicle collision accident at the junction for Ebbsfleet and Northfleet just after 5.30am.

Queueing time is around 20 minutes.

A spokesman for Kent Police said: “Officers attended and remain at the scene pending recovery of the vehicles. No injuries have been reported.”
