Liam Daish admits the sight of this season’s fixtures highlights the "daunting" task his Ebbsfleet side face in the Blue Square Bet Premier.
The Fleet begin their season by welcoming York City to Stonebridge Road on August 13 and end it on April 28 with the visit of last season’s League 2 fall-guys Lincoln City.
Daish (pictured) said: "The first game is an attractive one against a team who are looking to push for promotion this season and it will be a tough game.
"But a home fixture is what everyone wants at the start of the season and that’s what we’ve got. For many of the teams we still don’t know what their aspirations are going to be and especially so for teams who have dropped out of the league like Stockport and Lincoln.
"They could be looking to stay put, or invest and try to get straight back up.
"It is daunting and for us there is a lot of travelling as we are probably the most southerly team in the division.
"There are some long trips ahead and hopefully we will come back with more good performances than bad ones."
