The former Sikh temple in Clarence Place, Gravesend, has gone on the market, and it could be yours for an offer in excess of £900,000.

It is being marketed by Balgores in Parrock Street.

Planning permission to demolish the former temple and replace it with flats was originally granted back in 2009 but due to the recession, building work never began and permission for the scheme lapsed.

There was a small rubbish fire there on March 12 but it was quickly put out.
