Police were called to a four-car collision on the A2 going coastbound at Gravesend.
The incident took place just before the turn-off at the Inn on the Lake hotel at around 9.15am today.
It is not known if anyone was hurt during the incident, but officers and mechanics from breakdown services were at the scene.
