Preparations are underway for this years Fusion Festival.
The celebration aims to bring different communities together through music, dance and visual arts.
This year the street festival will see a range of performances taking place around Gravesend town centre, on Saturday, June 16, with festivities stretching across King Street, High Street, New Road, Gravesend Borough Market and Windmill Street.
Artists performing include No Limit Street Band, Chinese Lions, Reel Eire Dance, Anaconda Belly Dance Fusion and Hilary the Triceratops.
The event will also feature the world renowned Ed Sheeran tribute act Jack Shepherd performing live the same day as the pop star himself is performing at Wembley.
Festival director, Gurvinder Sandher (corr) said: “We are really proud of how the fusion festival has evolved over the last few years. Based upon the success of last year we have decided to continue with the street festival theme.We have an exciting line up and those who come along with experience something truly spectacular. he Fusion Festival is a great example of taking culturally diverse art into the heart of local communities.”
