A STUDENT was attacked by a group of youths as she made her way between lessons.

The Year 10 pupil from Gravesend Grammar School for Girls was walking between the main school building and the school’s second site, the Isaac Newton building, when the incident happened.

The student is believed to have been confronted by a gang of four boys and two girls who attacked the victim for her mobile phone before running into an alleyway.

The incident occurred shortly before 3pm on March 9. Police are appealing for witnesses.
