People are being asked to share their ideas on things to do in the borough and how to look after our heritage.
Things may be restricted right now, but a strategy is being put together to drive forward tourism in Gravesham.
Gravesham council is asking people for their views on tourism and heritage to help shape key priorities for the next three years.
It has been speaking to local tourism, heritage and hospitality businesses and their views have helped form a draft tourism and heritage strategy.
The next stage is for people, parish councils, tourism businesses and networks, other stakeholders and partners to have their say on that.
Cllr Shane Mochrie-Cox, the council’s cabinet member for community and leisure, said: “As a borough we have a rich history with many fantastic assets, including our unique river heritage, our urban and industrial history, our rural stories, and our people now and in the past.
“As a council we have a duty to reflect, promote and exhibit our heritage for residents and for tourism but also to identify and protect this heritage for future generations.
“By creating this long-term strategy promoting this vision for tourism and heritage, we are looking to attract more visitors to our borough, which in turn will benefit our local businesses and economy.
“Our new tourism and heritage strategy will set our priorities and targets for the next three years and it is important that as many people as possible contribute their views.”
