Gravesend hospice care charity ellenor has thanked Mick Jagger for supporting their Christmas fundraising appeal.
The charity, which provides hospice care and home support, shared a message from the Dartford-born Rolling Stones front man which read: "We all know what it's like to need some special care when we are unwell. ellenor hospice is one of those who are there when you really, need someone. Please help them to help others. With all good wishes."
Those who want to help can visit the charity's website at https://bit.ly/3lQOshf to make a festive donation.
Mick himself underwent heart surgery last year but quickly bounced back to fitness, posting a video of himself dancing in a studio just weeks after the operation.
And with Sir Mick still renowned for his fitness at the age of 77, maybe the Jumping Jack Flash singer would like to take on the ellenor's new Step Up Challenge.
The charity is inviting supporters to set their own personal step targets, get sponsored and aim to finish the challenge by January 4 2021 - a great way to keep fit over the festive season and support a vital care service.
