A three-bed cottage that's gone on the market has drawn nationwide attention from potential buyers.
The property in Vale Road, in Northfleet, was the eighth most viewed property in the UK on Zoopla last month.
In 2005 it sold for £120,000 and it's now worth £409,995 - racking up 366 views in the last month.
The double fronted timber framed cottage is a 300-year-old, de-listed property with a "great deal of charm and character".
It has a large lounge, kitchen, conservatory, dining room, cloakroom, a small cellar, three 'good size' bedrooms, a bathroom, gas central heating, double glazing and gardens.
Zoopla consumer spokesperson, Tom Parker, said: "This second lockdown has brought with it a further boost to demand for property, with homes located across the UK, from Dorset to Dunstable and up north to Darlington proving amongst the most popular.
"The range of property types that Brits are looking at is broad and includes terraced houses, detached cottages and even a static caravan, highlighting that in this period of market buoyancy, appetite for property is more diverse than ever."
