A closed town centre pub could make way for offices, a restaurant, cafe or shop after it was put up for sale.

Leisure property specialists Fleurets have advertised The Trocadero in Windmill Street, Gravesend, for £300,000.

Developers have been advised the three storey building has potential for alternative uses other than a pub.
