A recovery operation is underway after a huge lorry overturned at a roundabout in Gravesend.

It happened on Wrotham Road on the A227 just off the A2 at around 8pm.

Police and highways officials were called to the scene and are trying to get the lorry upright and clear the junction.

It is not known if anyone was injured.

Two trucks with cranes are being used in the operation and motorists are being warned of delays in the area.
