A JUGGERNAUT got stuck in a tight spot as it attempted to maneouvre around a one-way system in Gravesend.

Traffic was brought to a standstill for about 20 minutes as the Italian lorry edged its way backwards along Railway Place after getting stuck just outside the Railway Tavern pub at about 3pm today (Tuesday).

It finally freed itself and the red-faced driver beat a hasty retreat out of the area.
