Man airlifted to hospital following fight in Gravesend

A fight has left one man in hospital with injuries to his face this evening.

Police were called to Livingstone Road, Gravesend at 4.32pm to reports of a disturbance.

One man in his 40s suffered serious injuries to his face, and the air ambulance was called, landing in a nearby field.

The man was flown to a London hospital.

His injuries are not to be life-threatening. He suffered facial injuries including a broken nose.

Police officers are still at the scene, trying to find out what happened.
