Witnesses are being sought by police after a man was assaulted outside a pub.

It was reported the man sustained head injuries whilst trying to intervene and stop a fight outside a pub in Old Road West, Gravesend.

The incident took place just after midnight on the morning of Sunday, August 27 and the victim received hospital treatment following the assault.

Officers say they have already spoken to several people and reviewed all available CCTV but believe there were between 20 and 30 people there and would like to hear from anyone else who saw what happened or who has information that could help with inquiries.
