Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident at the Silk Bar, Parrock Street, Gravesend.
CCTV shows moment bar's front windows are smashed with stones
The video shows a balaclava-clad attacker throwing nine rocks at the building before getting back in the vehicle, which then sped away.
The number plate is obscured from view.
Owner Mel Ibrahim alerted police but said they turned up "two and a half hours later".
"Rocks were on the dance floor, that is how hard they threw them," she said.
Silk Bar reopened the next day following the lifting of its licence suspension at a hearing held at Gravesham council earlier this month.
It had closed down temporarily after a fight broke out at the premises in August.
A man later pleaded guilty to criminal damage charges.
The 44-year-old said she was determined not to let this attack stop the watering hole from returning.
"I care about my customers. Look at my reviews - they are all five stars," she said.
The former director, who stepped down to allow the bar to reopen, said she was keen to stress these kinds of acts were not a fair representation of the bar.
Speaking after the licence review, Mel praised those customers who turned out to support the bar in its hour of need.
She said: "I want to thank all my customers who came to the panel meeting. My customers are the best you can find in Gravesend."
The attack happened at 11.30pm last Thursday.
Police are conducting inquiries into the smashed windows and are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to call 01474 366149, quoting crime reference 46/195549/1.
