A suspect has been arrested after a man reportedly exposed himself to a woman walking near council offices.

The incident happened in Windmill Street, Gravesend, between 12.50pm and 1.15pm on Friday.

A woman was walking near the civic centre when a man exposed himself.

A 49-year-old local man was detained and taken into custody.

He was later conditionally bailed pending further investigation.

A police spokesman added: “It is understood there were several other people in the area and officers would like to hear from anybody who witnessed the incident.
