Police say a missing man has been found following a search today.

Officers were pictured looking along Gravesend's riverside area in the early hours of this morning.

They received reports of a missing person at 12.07am and officers carried out a search of the town.

Kent Police Gravesham tweeted just before 5.30am: "#LPT5 officers out searching for a missing person in Gravesend, down at the promenade during the early hours of this morning."
