A pervert found with an image showing sexual interference with a dead person and thousands of indecent photographs of children has avoided prison.
Mason Brooke, 55, of Northfleet, admitted nine counts of making indecent images of children and one count of possessing an extreme pornographic image portraying an act which involved sexual interference with a corpse when he appeared at Medway Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, March 20.
The court heard police had identified 38,305 indecent images of children on his devices.
But the Ebbsfleet Walk resident, who had not committed any similar offences in the past, walked out of Woolwich Crown Court earlier this month with a three-year community order and a demand to abide by numerous stringent conditions.
Brooke must sign the sex offenders register for five years, stay at home between 9pm and 8am for six months, attend rehabilitation sessions for 45 days, a sexual offences programme for 100 days and comply with the terms of a sexual harm prevention order for 10 years.
