A man has been jailed for 120 days after stealing a stereo from a car in Gravesend.

Andrew Reader, 36, of Queens Road, broke into a yellow Renault Clio overnight on Monday, April 6, and stole a stereo and personal items to the value of £270.

Fingerprints left on the car in Scott Road, Gravesend, were matched to Andrew Reader’s and he was arrested the following day, remanded to Dartford Magistrates’ Court and sentenced after pleading guilty.
