A 20-year-old man has died after falling from the top of a multi-storey car park.

The incident took place at around 7pm Tuesday evening at the Thamesgate Shopping Centre in Clive Road, Gravesend.

The man was taken to Darent Valley Hospital by ambulance where he later died.

The coroner's officer has been notified and a post mortem is due to be conducted later this week.

A spokesman for Kent Police said they are not treating the death as suspicious.
