A young man has been flown to hospital after coming off his bicycle.

The air ambulance and a land ambulance were called to Cozendon Woods near Nash Street in Meopham on Friday just before 2pm.

It was reported a 20-year-old man had come off his bike and suffered neck and back injuries as well as facial injuries.

He was flown to Kings College Hospital in London because of a suspected head injury.
