Man pushed from bike and robbed at knifepoint in Gravesend

A man was pushed off his bike and robbed at knifepoint in Gravesend.

The victim, aged in his 30s, was cycling down an alley between Bath Street and Stuart Road when he was approached by a person who pushed him from his bike.

He was then threatened with a knife and had a quantity of money stolen.

The suspect has been described as a black, aged between 14 and 18, around 6 feet tall and clean shaven with black, slicked back hair.

At the time, he was wearing a black blazer, white shirt and a black backpack.

Officers have carried out several inquiries, including a review of CCTV, and would now like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident.

They would also like to hear from anyone who was driving in the area at the time of the assault and has dashcam footage.

The incident happened at around 12.15pm on November 12.

As part of inquiries, officers have previously arrested a 16-year-old boy from Gravesend and he has since been released pending further inquiries.
