A man has been stabbed outside a pub and probation offices in Gravesend.
Police and ambulance crews were called out to Darnley Road after the attack, which left a man with stab wounds to his back.
A knife was found nearby and a 26-year-old man has been arrested and bailed on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.
The incident happened between 2.20pm and 2.52pm yesterday and a spokesman for South East Coast Ambulance (Secamb) confirmed they were called to an incident outside the Somerset Arms pub.
Police confirmed they were called out to the area around the probation office and it is believed the altercation took place on the street all around the area where Darnley Road meets New Road.
Two ambulance crews attended and the 30-year-old injured man was treated at the scene before being taken to King's Hospital in London.
He has now been discharged.
A police spokesman said: "The suspect has been bailed until Thursday, October 20, while officers continue to investigate the circumstances of this incident."
