A man has been left with serious facial injuries following an assault at a Gravesend nightspot.

The 44-year-old was attacked outside the Inn on the Lake, in Thong Lane, Shorne, after one of its Funky Friday events.

Police have charged a man in connection with the incident but would like to hear from anyone who may have been at the hotel between 12.15am and 12.30am on Saturday, November 6.
