A pensioner who was believed to have been missing in Gravesend has been found.
Barbara Hall, 71, was reported missing from London on Tuesday morning, and police launched an appeal for information.
Officers understand she boarded a train to Gravesend and was last seen walking in the direction of Barrack Row and Garrick Street at around 12.45pm before travelling to Dartford.
Images were released of the woman and police have now confirmed she has been safely located.
