Police are appealing for witnesses after a crash left a motorcyclist in hospital with serious injuries.

Emergency crews were called at about 8.30pm last night after a red Mini Countryman and KTM motorcycle collided on Chapel Wood Road, New Ash Green.

A 22-year-old local man was taken to a London hospital after where he remains with serious injuries.

Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the collision and has not yet spoken with officers.
