A crash involving a car and motorbike is causing hour-long delays on the A2 this morning.
The road was closed London-bound at the A2260 junction for Ebbsfleet.
Emergency services were called to the scene.
All lanes were reopened shortly after 8.30am this morning, but there are still delays.
A police spokesman said the force was called shortly after 7am to the crash involving a car and a motorbike.
"Officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the scene where the motorcyclist was treated for injuries," he said.
"The carriageway was closed while emergency services dealt with the incident and reopened at around 8.30am."
It is understood the motorcyclist's injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Traffic was having to exit, circulate the junction roundabout and then re-join the A2, according to National Highways.
There was queuing traffic for about five miles to Junction 1 for Strood and motorists have been warned to expect hour-long delays.
There are also delays through Northfleet and Ebbsfleet because of the incident.
The ambulance service and National Highways have been contacted for more information.
