A town's open-air, multi-sports centre lease is being put up for auction alongside other plots.
The freehold for the Cyclopark in Gravesend, is being put up for sale by Clive Emson, land and property auctioneers, next month.
Part of the site is let on a 50-year lease to Kent County Council, currently at £30,600 per annum, and the freehold is being offered with a guide price of £480,000-plus.
The venue in The Tollgate, Watling Street, Gravesend, covers 38 acres and includes a 6km off-road trail for mountain bikes, a 2.9km long tarmac circuit for road bikes, a BMX track, children’s playground and skate park.
Auctioneer Kevin Gilbert said: "We have a number of lots in north Kent and London, with Gravesend featuring heavily.
"Cyclopark opened in 2012 and the freehold is now available. The venue is rated 4* on Trip Advisor and is a popular attraction in the area.
"It is being sold on the instruction of the trustees and we anticipate interest from investors."
The cycle park is not the only Gravesend investment opportunity being auctioned off on Wednesday, February 9.
A property of seven flats and a block of garages in Overcliffe is up for a freehold guide price of £860-880,000 with a possibility to re-arrange the building to increase the size of some flats.
A further lot is 1 and 2 Chalk Pit Cottages in Green Farm Lane, Shorne, which are being sold on the instructions of the trustees.
Currently they are let at £9,300 per annum to statutory tenants and the cottages have been combined to create one three bedroom semi-detached home.
A few doors down, there is a small piece of land next to number 4 also going under the hammer. It extends to 0.43 acres and the freehold guide price has been given at £80,000-plus.
Also in Shorne is Little West Wood in Thong Lane, a semi-detached house in need of improvement with a barn in the garden.
One further lot is a plot of land at 79 New House Lane, Northfleet, is also being sold on the instructions of the trustees.
In Milton Road, Gravesend, a ground floor, two-bedroom home in need of improvement which comes with a large basement and has the remainder of a 199-year lease from 2003.
Another lot being sold off by the trustees is a phone mast off the A227 Wrotham Road.
