One person was taken to hospital after a two-car smash last night.
It happened on the coastbound carriageway of the M2 near Gravesend at about 9pm.
A Kent Police spokesman said: "Officers, the South East Coast Ambulance Service and Highways teams attended the scene.
"One person was treated for injuries before being conveyed to a local hospital for further medical attention."
The carriageway was closed while emergency services dealt with the incident and reopened at around 9.40pm.
