Planning permission is being sought to demolish a workshop and replace it with bungalows.

Mr J Perfitt has applied to Gravesham Borough Council for outline planning permission for the project at The Workshop, rear of 68-74 Brook Road, Northfleet.

The plans are for the demolition of an existing single-storey workshop and store and the erection of two detached chalet bungalows with associated parking and access.
