Police are appealing for witnesses after thieves reportedly stole spirits and cash from two Tesco Express in Gravesend and Dartford.
At around 11.40pm yesterday, Tuesday, three men were reported to have broken into the supermarket in Whitehill Lane, Gravesend.
One of the men is alleged to have used a sledgehammer to break in. The group is reported to have made off with a quantity of cash.
The men are described as wearing dark clothing with their hoods up.
They are believed to have driven away from the scene in a dark coloured hatchback.
The second buglary took place at 1.05am today at the Tesco Express store in Henderson Drive, Dartford.
Officers received reports a man had been seen trying to break in. A number of spirits were reported to have been stolen.
