A girl from Gravesend had her dream come true when she met her favourite pop stars.
Cancer sufferer Stacey Mowle met the contestants from X Factor as well as boy band idols One Direction on Sunday.
Stacey, 7, of Trafalgar Road, Gravesend, has relapsed neuroblastoma, a rare childhood cancer, and her family are trying to raise £500,000 to send her to the United States for treatment which is not available in the UK.
The youngster is a massive fan of the boy group and was photographed with the 1D lads and Gravesend X Factor hopeful Tamera Foster.
It is believed that the meet and greet with the stars was organised by close friends of the Mowle family Tamera and her mum Rachael.
Rachael said Tamera was keen to help Stacey and her family in their bid to raise £500,000 needed to pay for specialist treatment.
While at Northfleet School for Girls Tamera took part in fundraising efforts.
“She is so intent on helping Stacey,” said Rachael.
"When they met they just fell in love. Stacey draws her pictures and Tamera rings in the mornings to say hello.”
Stacey also met X Factor contestants Nicholas McDonald, Rough Copy and Luke Friend.
She was with her family, dad Warren, mum Samantha and brother Jake.
The Stacey Mowle Campaign Twitter account posted the photo of Stacey surrounded by her celebrity pals with the caption tagging 1D member Harry Styles saying: @Harry_Styles Thanks for making my princess dreams come true xxx.
