Police are investigating the robbery of a taxi driver in Waterloo Street, Gravesend.

It happened around 12.30am on November 2.

The driver, a man in his 60s, was allegedly assaulted and had a quantity of cash stolen.

No arrests have been made at this stage and inquiries are ongoing.

It comes after a taxi driver was threatened, sprayed in the eye and punched and kicked last month.

The attack took place on October 18 on Shamrock Road.
