A teenager is fighting for his life in hospital after a car crashed into a wall in Gravesend.

Emergency crews were called Old Road East at 10.41pm on Friday.

A vehicle had collided with a garden wall leaving a 19-year-old trapped by his injuries.

Fire crews attended with two engines and cut the teen free with heavy rescue gear.

He was passed into the care of paramedics and taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The scene was made safe by 11.25pm.
