A pair of teenagers have been charged in connection with a series of mobile phone robberies across Kent.
The 17-year-olds were both charged with three counts of robbery, one in Gravesend on July 6, another on the same day in Rochester, and the final one in Aylesham on July 9.
The teenagers are also charged with attempted robbery in relation to another offence in Rochester, also on July 6, where a bank card and watch was stolen.
All of the charges relate to incidents where victims were approached and threatened with violence if they did not hand over their mobile phones.
Both suspects, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared before Folkestone Magistrates' Court yesterday (July 11) and were bailed.
One will appear before Margate Youth Court on August 8 and the other will appear before Coventry Youth Court on August 17.
