Two women have been taken to hospital after a crash on a roundabout near the A2 turn off in Gravesend.

Police were called to Henhurst Road, Cobham, at 12.40pm after reports of a two car collision near the Gravesend East junction.

Kent Fire and Rescue also attended after one of the cars overturned. Firefighters released one woman trapped in her vehicle.

The road has been closed by emergency services. It's not clear whether the other injured woman was travelling in the same car.
