Travellers set up camp on sports field in Gravesend

Travellers have set up camp behind a leisure centre.

A group of caravans made their way into a field behind Cascades Leisure Centre in Thong Lane, Gravesend, yesterday evening.

Gravesham council is to meet the police today to discuss the most appropriate course of action.
