Two men and a woman have been remanded in custody after an alleged aggravated burglary in which a man was apparently stabbed in the back.
The trio appeared via virtual link at Medway Magistrates’ Court yesterday after all being charged with the offence.
Leon Douglas, 35, of Flowers Close, London, Pablo Cripps, 22, of Hesketh Place, London and Shireen Garraghan, 31, of Hazlewood Crescent, Kensington, have also been charged with one count of possession of a firearm.
The charges relate to an incident which happened at about 4.30am on Saturday, July 23, in Poplar Avenue on the King’s Farm housing estate in Gravesend.
It is alleged three people broke into a home in the road and one man suffered a stab wound while another suffered a head injury.
Officers and ambulance crews attended and the stab victim was taken to hospital. Neither men’s injuries were deemed life-threatening.
All three were remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Friday, September 23.
