The 18-year-olds' most successful video so far was a dance to Time of Our Lives by Pitbull and Ne-Yo and received nearly one million likes.
Posting their first video in January last year, they now have more than 340,000 followers on the app.
Mum Lisa Terry said: "The girls have been doing really well on TikTok and even have collaboration deals."
Thanks to their online success Sherena, Kayley and Elise have worked with clothing brands such as Shein, Lounge and Missy Empire.
Elise said: "The three of us are very close and we look out for each other.
"All of our TikToks are filmed together and I think we've become so popular because it's unusual and rare to see triplets.
"We do get some trolling though. People make comments on our make-up and clothing but it doesn't really bother us too much."
The girls have also made a joint Instagram and hope to do more brand collaborations in the future.
Kayley said: "Working with companies has been fun. We get our own discount codes and get sent free items to advertise on our page.
"Hopefully we'll be able to grow our audience even more and maybe earn money from our TikToks in the future."
The trio were a surprise to their mum, Lisa, and dad, Paul when they arrived on October 17, 2002.
Lisa, a 48-year-old executive assistant, said: "The girls are 99.9% identical. It was our first try at getting pregnant and we had no idea we were going to be having triplets until our 12-week scan at Darent Valley Hospital in Dartford.
"The doctor said it looked like we were going to have twins but then they suddenly saw a third. It was a big shock.
"Darent Valley were really good with their special care. As the girls didn't weigh very much we were kept in for two weeks and hospital staff made sure we could cope with night feeds and things like that.
"It was very difficult having three newborns and when I was pregnant my bump was like a shelf – it was big enough to rest a dinner plate on!"
Growing up Sherena, Kayley and Elise all attended Thamesview Primary School, but now, while studying for their A-levels they have been separated.
Kayley and Elise both still go to Thamesview secondary school where they study business and psychology.
Sherena goes to St John's where she studies psychology with health and social care.
TikTok hasn't been the only success for the triplets, the girls are also decorated Latin and ballroom dancers.
Their mum said: "When I was younger I did disco dancing at the Grove Dance Centre in Gravesend. When the girls turned six my dad and I wondered if they'd also like to do it.
"Their dance teacher actually suggested doing the Latin and ballroom dancing and they've competed ever since, even in Blackpool.
"Sherena and Kayley are dance partners and Elise dances with a good friend of hers, Brooke Avgusti. Unfortunately their aren't many male dancers.
"All the girls really enjoy it, it is just a shame they haven't been able to compete recently due to the pandemic."
The Terry Triplets are hoping to reach 500,000 followers on TikTok.
Sherena said: "We're not sure what the future holds yet but we do want to concentrate on TikTok.
"The majority of our TikToks are dancing videos and our ballroom and Latin training definitely helped us with that."
