Two men have been arrested after a man in his 20s was allegedly assaulted in Edwin Street, yesterday.

Police were called at 4.12am and the men, aged 21 and 22, both from Gravesend, were arrested on suspicion of assault.

South East Coast Ambulance Service were also involved, with an ambulance and a car both on the scene.

The men have been released on bail pending further inquiries until February 10, 2016.
