Two men have been charged with murder following the death of a man in Gravesend.

Police were called to an address in South Street at around 2.30pm on Saturday, December 18.

Damien Karkut, 24, of Armery Drive, Gravesend, and Artur Kozlowski, 30, of South Street, Gravesend, were both charged on Tuesday, December 21.

They appeared in court today (Wednesday) via the virtual court system at North Kent Police station and were remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Friday, January 7.

A post-mortem examination revealed the victim died of multiple injuries.
